After die-casting, deflashing and deburring, machining in one of our 70 CNC milling machines and the surface treatment process (if required), castings that need to meet high standards of cleanliness are cleaned in our washing line. This equipment allows us to supply products to stringent cleanliness standards. Our washing systems are located in a self-contained area in production that has been specifically set up for cleaning aluminium high-pressure castings in line with the most demanding cleanliness standards.
As a result, this plant also meets all environmental pollution standards. Immediately after the castings have passed through the washing line, they are packed and prepared for shipping in accordance with the most demanding standards in order to avoid contamination during these final steps.
