BUVO starts with the construction of a new production hall

BUVO continues to expand in order to continue to meet the growing demand

A lot has happened since our company was founded in 1980. With one employee employed, one casting machine and a total of 50 m2 of production space, we started our adventure in the world of aluminum casting almost 40 years ago. Due to an eye for precision, detail and extreme craftsmanship, the first clients knew how to find us effortlessly. Within 2 years we already owned 3 casting machines and employed 6 employees to meet the demand. The 24th casting machine in BUVO history has now been taken into use, more than 350 colleagues and more than 70 CNC machine tools work 24/7 and we produce 15,000,000 products per year for clients all over the world.

Due to all these developments, we have literally grown out of the jacket. In 2017, a new 5000 m2 CNC processing hall was already added to the existing production facilities of BUVO Castings on the Achterdijk in Helmond. This hall offers space for the most modern machinery from the foundry industry. Products for well-known names such as Audi, BMW, McLaren, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Volvo and Intergas are processed and delivered here according to the highest conceivable specification.

However, we are also not standing still within the backbone of the organization, the foundry. More modern, more efficient and more durable machines are continuously being added to our existing machine park. In order to be able to meet the ever-continuing growing demand and to continue expanding the machinery, the organization recently started preparations for the construction of an additional production hall. This hall will resurrect in mid-2019 at the exact same location where the organization started in 1980.

Upon completion, this hall will offer 1200 m2 extra production space to the organization and the total number of built-up square meters will increase to 17500 m2. The new hall will be equipped with the most modern techniques in which heat is recovered and reused.
